"annual sites"

A limited number of annual 'Holiday' sites are available, and enquiries are welcome.
However, any prospective 'Annual' caravan or cabin must meet our minimum requirements as follows:
1. Any caravan / cabin coming into park must be inspected by management prior to entering park
2. Caravan/ cabin must be in good order, neat & tidy, well presented.
3. Canvas annexes are not permitted. Fixed annexes must be fully certified in accordance with the Australian standards AS91001.
4. All caravans /cabins new to the park must install Inverter type split system only. Any annual replacing system must also install inverter type system
5. All 'Annual' sites must be kept to a standard that does not detract from the overall look and feel of the park.
6. Any work to be carried out on the site must first be approved by management.
7. All annual sites must have a signed occupancy agreement and Insurance details on file at Front Office.
8. Guest staying in our Villas or cabin second bedroom are required to bring their own bedding (sheets. Blankets, Pillows & Towels)

Annual Fees:

Caravan storage	$390.00 per year
Boat storage	$1,150.00 per year
Premium boat storage	$1,350.00 for 2 nominated adults
Annual sites	$2,650.00 for 2 nominated adults
Premier sites	$2,850.00 for 2 nominated adults
Extra nominated adults	$150.00 per year each
Extra Nominated child	$70.00 per year each
Annual Site Fee covers occupancy for 84 Nights	Electricity usage is charged at 16.5 cents per kilo-watt hour
Visitors Nightly Fee	Adults $15.00 per night each, Children $ 8.00 per night each
