Villas for Outright Sale and Leaseback
Owners of Villas Lakeside and Mulwala are eligible to participate in a leaseback arrangement with the management of Sun Country Holiday Village for the inclusion of their Villa into the rental pool of accommodation.

This arrangement is offered to owners under the following conditions.
1. Annual fees applicable to the occupation agreement are paid.
2. Sun Country Holiday Village manage the rental pool and act as agents.
3. After expenses which include…
• Maintenance, cleaning and replacement or repair of damaged and/or broken equipment, appliances, furniture, fittings and floorcoverings
4. A rental commission equal to 50% percent deducted from the net revenue calculated and paid monthly to Sun Country Holiday Village. Rental income also paid monthly.
5. Owners to provide the basic essential fit out items as directed/provided by Sun Country Holiday Village to match the rental pool requirements.
6. Owners use of the Villa to be outside the main holiday periods of December 26th. to 15th. January, Easter, Australia Day, Queens Birthday and Melbourne Cup Long Week ends. Or as negotiated with management.
